Hehe, Kimi got caught out badly. Did anyone else see him slipstreaming Ricciardo, he did it basically into the pit lane then jump out but went across the line. Bit unfair as I think more than anything he was focusing on Ricciardo and slipstreaming rather than thinking about the track which is his fault but completely understandable.

Around 15-20, they said softs should last 30-35 laps

There's no set period. They could trundle round and pit on the last lap if they wanted.

Nope, but you said must stop. There is no set point n the rules. They are free to pit when they want.
And as seen after the guess they must stop now comment. Some are still going round without pitting.
