Dybala might be my new favourite player. Love the way he plays. Wand of a left-foot.

If he stays on his trajectory he'll be world class in no time.

Heh. There's no denying they're a great team but the ease with which they've won the title this year is sickening. Ibra back to Italy or Spain, please.

PSG apparently scored more in that single game at Troyes stadium than the home team have all year. Though it doesn't make Troyes sound much better they scored more and got more points away from home... not much though.

Indirect free-kick given for a high foot in the box. Someone explain that to me, please.

Las Palmas score from it.

Looking into it, indirect freekick if it's dangerous play but no contact is made. I'm not actually sure if he caught him in the head or if he just came very close. Contact turns it from indirect to penalty inside the box, no contact and the indirect freekick can be given for dangerous play. That is FA rules I believe but is likely similar.

Bit of an odd one, rare to see for sure, then they scored it anyway.

Atletico lost a game, only the third time they've conceded 2 in the league this year, the other two times were against Barcelona, all three of those games have been 2-1, they've not conceded more than 2 goals in any competition this season :o

Crazy solid defence they've got there.

Yeah, they said the same thing on comms at half-time. 99% sure I've never ever seen that happen, ever. Hard to tell if he did connect, you're right, but seems he might as well have given a pen. Weird one.

That's 2 indirect free-kicks from 6/7 yards out for Las Palmas in a week. Must be some sort of record.

So many players like him move, have a good season then get arrogant, act like they are the best player and play for themselves... at which point team mates and managers stop working well with him. When he's trying hard, working hard and at his best he can be great to watch. More often than not the guys who are like this by his age don't learn and move every couple of years, have 6-12 good months before being a **** again.

I hope he actually learns and doesn't stop working hard, maintains this. But players with his attitude tend to repeat this pattern till they can't find a team willing to give them a chance anymore.

Barca drew today after taking the lead thanks to a ridiculous penalty decision from the ref. Keeper got a hand to the ball at Neymar's feet, Neymar went down(there was contact after/during but clearly a fair bit of keeping. Neymar didn't appeal, didn't make a meal out of it(which for him is rare enough that you know he didn't think it was a penalty) and yet the ref gave the penalty. Barca players looked surprised by the decision. Ridiculous number of yellows by the end of the game, awful ref, great comeback by Villarreal.

Barca ridiculously lucky to not lose that. Referees is almost universally terrible in Spain but he took it the next level. Despise niggly refs.

Neville brings on Negredo for Alcacer when they're chasing the game, and they concede 20 seconds later. Well-worked and a lovely finish.

EDIT: 2-0 now. Another nice goal. Celta are a joy to watch when they're on song.

God penalty decision though a shirt tug is so rarely given. The shot from Ronaldo was freaking crazy, looked like the keeper would brake his hand saving it, so much power.

Good save, not great, poor penalty really. Navas looked like went very early so really he should have slotted it into the other corner.

EDIT;- that last replay shows how early Navas went down. He committed to that side way before the ball was hit, really really poor penalty as once Navas has gone down it's painfully easy to put it to his other side and score.

Do you think keepers wait for the ball to be hit before trying to save it? Because 99/100, the ball will be past you if wait for the ball to be hit before deciding which way to dive.

I'm only saying it's not a great save because it was a relatively slow shot and going down so early should have led to the guy scoring in the other corner. He got lucky that the player took a crap penalty, as such it's not a great save, it's not a bad one but I'm criticising the taker of the penalty, not the keeper.

On the commentators, I have no idea why they were banging on about Jese being off for the 4th goal. A Sevilla player kicked the ball behind his defence by kicking the ball out from under I think Ronaldo's foot. Had it been a pass from a Real player... he was clearly onside when the pass was made anyway. Commentators being complete idiots.
