Blue with a black roof!….

My Omoda has this too. Nothing says intuitive design like coasting in neutral towards a junction with a dirty windscreen.

I can provide visual clues if my insinuation isn't clear :km:
Even funnier in the r5, it has the drive selector, the wiper stalk and then it has a 3rd stalk to control radio volume/station! Soon get used to it, though I do often reach for the centre console which is where my i5 one is! :D

So, the EV3 first long trips have been good.
Trip to Slough and back this week, with the seats set correctly have been great. Very comfortable, not too fatigued when getting out at the end of a 2+hr drive.
Can quite easily turn off a lot of the driver aids, but the biggest annoyance is the eye tracking one. You grab a drink of your coffee and it's binging and bonging. Printed a cover for it as it was doing my nut in.
The V2L is cool as I take a coolbox with my food in for my digs and being able to leave it plugged in without having to worry about the 12v battery going flat is great.
Cameras activate on the mirrors when you change lanes which is also quite neat.
Oveall, happy with it so far.

I always have a dashcam in my cars and have been looking at having a front and rear fitted to my new ev but reading some horror stories with the 12V being drained. Anyone fitted one to a hyundai and kept parking mode or just binned off the parking mode and only use it when driving.

I had one in my Ioniq 5 and same one now in my EV6 it just turns on when the car turns on as far as I’m aware not had any issues.

Really like the dash. It integrates really well with the knob too - when you move the knob, it displays the available functions on the dash. Dead easy to operate without looking away from the road.
CarPlay works. No issues there at all.
Very configurable.
I love that it shows me blind-spot warnings in the corners at all times. Indicators also cause the edges to glow green.
It shows you tons of data. I like the gauge that shows how much bhp you are using at any time.

It just works. No messing about.

The best thing though is the Bluetooth commander box thing that you need to connect these to the car. I have it set to re-enable auto steer after changing lanes. Worked perfectly on my 200 mile drive today.

It's a shame all cars aren't that easy to mod, maybe the Tesla way is better, really basic add your own stuff.

I've never been in a Tesla, do they really have nothing in front of the driver, just the centre touchscreen? That's mad.
