I tried using the links provided on #318 the guest rma says the s/n is not valid, emailing EVGA via the email link provided has resulted in total silence so far, the only other support offered on the site is the EVGA RMA which doesn't appear to do a thing or a call to some number in the USA.
I'll give it another day to see if I get any email response failing that I will be emailing you I think.
I recently used the Advanced RMA process and if you ask a question it usually takes a day to get an answer back, but they do answer and are helpful. I thought the process was fairly quick but they dont seem to set out all the steps of the process so I was emailing them for pointers on the next step every few days. But new PSU now installed and I am happy with it overall.
