No way will they allow a 300 majority MP anywhere near PM, but if they need someone to keep collective blade in the back of Brexit, then shes perfect.
 
Answering my own question - seems to be 346 votes difference out of 50,990 total between the two leads. So it came down to a difference of less than 1% between them.

How on earth do you get soft and hard? You're leaving the club.

I think she originally had a majority of 10000 so it's pretty disastrous.
