What is this then, obviously turnout is up but is it shattered UKIP, younger voters, conservative cross over all of the above?

Labour votes are up, conservative votes are up

There are big movements in my opinion.

Previous Tory voters who have had enough of May and move to Labour.

Previous Labour voters who won't vote for Jeremy Corbyn, so move to Conservatives.

UKIP voters who see no value in the party any more but hear Theresa May making the right noises so plump for her.
 
Look at basildon, labour getting an additional 7.5% of the vote. They are out performing the exit poll in several places. Still not enough to fully back it though
