The STR4 will début behind closed doors at the Ardia circuit in Northern Italy this week.
With Willaims doing it with all their British drivers, I still have my faith in Jenson and I would prefer him to go all the way as opposed to Hamilton because I love his true British personality and delicate driving style. Hamilton is great, no doubt about it, but I hate things centered with hype.
So much for him just being in it for the massive amount of money, huh?
The Red Bull is indeed fast (to my surprise), though in the hands of Vettel, we knew this would be the case. The question is, how will he compare with the McLaren when Hamilton is at the wheel?
I might be the only one, but I love the look of the cars this year. Even that Force India has a certain charm about it.
I guess it'll be a similar figure to others. The interesting thing is how Alonso did so well during the 2nd half of the season with a underpowered engine. He was seriously on form and the rest of the car must have been spot on. Given the relative boost in the engine department Renault have this year compared to others - I think Alonso has a good chance of taking the championship. If I were to bet, it would be on Alonso.According to F1 Racing this month, the new Renault engine gives 30bhp more power, although it doesn't say how close this is now to the others.
:
Hamilton 2/1
Kovalainen 18/1
It's pretty bad that Kovalainen is thought to be 36 times less likely to win than Hamilton!
Today's odd on the 2009 championship:
Hamilton 2/1
Raikkonen 7/2
Massa 9/2
Alonso 5/1
Kubica 6/1
Heidfeld 16/1
Kovalainen 18/1
It's pretty bad that Kovalainen is thought to be 36 times less likely to win than Hamilton!
Shame it doesn't have the odds for Vetel too.

You're surprised that a car designed by Adrian Newey after a major rule upheaval is fast?
