F1 2011 Online league?

When's this out, how good will it be (last gp game I was into was gp2 in 1994) and can I play?!?! :) I think my steam ID is pinging too

Does it need a beast of a pc to play too? (iv only got my mac, though I do have eyes on a new mac mini)

Last sensible(ish) question I take it there's not restrictions on having a bash at it on the wheel, would like to have a good use for the gt wheel I got with gt5

I am interested in this too, had 2010 on the PS3 and it was good fun but I wasn't very good. Are many people getting it on Steam (easier) or disc (not steamworks)?

Steam = Griffyn
GFWL = GriffynCTR

Edit: Went for the disc given the saving and all of the other upcoming games coming out that require funding.

May use slight traction control, depends, chicanes felt very unforgiving in f1 2010.

Apparently f1 2011 is a lot more forgiving and we should be able to attack the curbs a lot more compare to f1 2010.

Yup. The Monza vids show you can now clip the 1st chicane curbs with little problem.

But the real tester of course is Catalunya's final chicane. From the video(s) I've seen it looks like you can ride the left-right curbs as IRL and you're fine :D
