F1 2012 Car launch dates

That's a shame. At least there will be photos, interviews on their website.

New Ferrari launch cancelled because of snow

Maranello, 2 February – There was no let up from the snow last night, which continued to fall on Maranello and the surrounding area and the situation does not appear to be changing this morning. The forecast is still bad both in terms of predictions of more snow fall and of a further drop in temperature.

Therefore, the decision has been taken to cancel the presentation ceremony for the new car, which was to have taken place at 10.30 tomorrow. The decision was taken because of the weather conditions and because of the difficulties that would have faced the 300 or so people due to attend from the team partners, the authorities and representatives of the media in their attempts to get to Maranello.

Photographs and all technical information relating to the car, along with exclusive interviews, will be available to all on www.ferrarif1.com.

Shhhhhh - she's sleeping.

Thats actually a picture of the 2005 car, note higher front wing, low nose and low rear wing (plus theres a better pic with the 2005 logo on F1technical.net!)

So Sparky, any Red Bull feedback to give us on First Impressions of the new McLaren? :)

Other than i will be suprised if any of that release car turns up on March 16th, no not really :D

Nobody risks giving anything away these days, sure you have all watched the mechanics crowding around cars on the grid, hiding new bits. Makes no sense at all for a team to invite the press for a good look at what they actually plan on running. Interesting rear end though, very RB7.

I heard Newey hasn't designed a front wing for the RB7 as the team believe everyone will be staring at the back end all season ;)

Pretty much what I've been thinking tbh. Their launch last year was very different to the actual car they raced (Forgetting the EBD which they copy'd from the RB7). They aren't going to be showing their hand that easy as you said!

Very RB7? You sure you aren't missing the back end off Sebs 2011 car? McLaren might have come in overnight and sawn it off :p
