While odd at first, the 2009 onwards cars are a lot nicer looking than the ones that came before, with all those winglets and chimneys and random tat stuck all over them.

I always thought the 08 cars like that BMW above look awesome. Not pretty, but very purposeful!

Hope at least one of the teams this year don't have a fugly nose!

Agree, the 2009 cars where so much better looking than 2008.

I've got a 1:18 model of Buttons Brawn GP and I think it looks great in its simplicity. Even the 2010 McLaren next to it looks to have a lot more tat stuck all over it.

I was just saying in general the FIA have been silly, but I must say, last years F1 cars are by far the best looking for a very long time.

i think someone said that either the 2011 mercedes or 2011 mclaren-mercedes nose was within the 2012 regs, so there is a glimmer of hope
