F1 2013 - Teams and Drivers - Who goes where?!

He came from British Formula 3 wbich is still a 'wings and slicks' championship.i believe he needed to do some tests with Sauber before he got his FIA Super licence though.

Formula Renault. He was on probation during the 2001 season in light of his mere 21 races there though.

Snap.

However he also has potentially the hardest job, as expectations are high meaning he can't afford to struggle through an average year. He needs to be nipping at Maldonado's toes consistently as a bare minimum.

Yea and for all his faults Maldonado is quick on his day, but if hasn't sorted his aggression out though he may end up dropping potential points which should make matching his total that bit easier... Will hopefully be an interesting match up.

Personally (if it's jsut between the two of them) I'd like to see Bianchi at FI over Sutil as he seems to have been floating around for a while now so it'd be good to see him get a drive. Sutil was alright but I think there are more deserving drivers out there.

For Caterham I would have liked Heikki to stay, but if not him then I'd like to see Senna get it. He seems like a nice bloke (which I know doesn't matter much at the end of the day, but still :p) it'd be good to see him get a fairly secure drive for a season or two.
That said Petrov was the one who got that 11th place finish which made all the difference so you could easily argue he should get it based on that fact alone, but also that they could also keep at least one driver to help with development would help.

I'm with you on Bianchi. With the lack of any testing or anything he's not been given a chance yet, so it would be great to see him in a race seat.

That hat looks to small for his head.

I always love to think of the new guys going through the 'normal' new job process. Spending an hour sat with Jenny in HR filing out his bank details. Getting the company tour and being introduced to everyone. Shown where the toilets are. Signing 18 different forms and having his photo taken to get his security pass setup. Being shown how the lifts work. All the mundane stuff.

Just realised from looking at a few pics, when he turns up his shirt is untucked, later when talking to the media it's neatly tucked in.

Think Ron rang down and had a word :D
