F1 2015 - Teams and Drivers - Who goes where?!

Imagine if they run 3 cars, Ferrari run Alonso, Kimi and Vettel, and then even with 3 WDCs and 7 titles between them, they still don't win anything.

Would firing the boss be enough? I think they would hang them in the town square!

Oh no! Sutil doesn't have a seat!
I guess you could say.....

He's been cut.

Apparently Alonso will soon announce his arrival at McLaren

I'd still keep J.Button, if he is prepared to drive as No2.
If KMag takes a beating next year, his confidence could be shot to pieces.
We saw this happen with Heikki and in 2 years, he was effectively "done".

In the last few years Alonso has made Massa and Kimi both look very ordinary and put serious dents in their value. However, as they are at the end of their careers, it doesnt matter too much to them. KMag unfortunately, is at the start of his career and if he gets "Alonso'd", his F1 career could be very short-lived.

If Button drove with Alonso, I dont think he would take a battering and would do a fine job as Alonso's No.2. Button is older and mentally VERY tough. I've long believed that Button is the best No.2 driver I have ever seen and I still hold this opinion.

McLaren fans should remember though, that although they are getting the best driver in the World, Honda's engine is a huge unknown. They havent been in F1 for a while and their engine development will be a year behind everybody elses. On track testing is invaluable and cannot be simulated on a test bench - don't let anybody convince you otherwise.

I have no doubt that McLaren will produce an aerodynamically sound car in 2016.
I have no doubt that Alonso will maximise the car's performance.
My doubt is Honda's engine.
If Honda deliver in 2016, McLaren could be unstoppable in 2016.
