F1 2019 - Teams and Drivers - Who goes where?!

I'd rather see Ocon in the Williams seat. A year on the sidelines test driving won't do him any good.

It's dumb that Toro Rosso are scratching around for 2 drivers with a superlicense and resorted to bringing Kyvat back when such a talent is .... grrr.
 
Delighted to see Robert back and despite a lot of folk saying he's taking up a seat that Ocon, etc could use - I don't care, he deserves a chance to see if he's as fast as he could have been.

Also I don't think in Williams current situation that a fairly "rookie" partnership of Russell and Ocon would have worked - they need technical direction and development, not just money - Robert gives them that.

I wouldn't call Ocon a Rookie. He's got two and a half seasons of test driving, and another two and half in a race seat. Five years and fifty races.

I really can't see why Mercedes would give their spot to Ocon. He has done far too little to distinguish himself this year. Mind you, I can't see why they gave it to Bottas, let alone extending his contract. So what do I know?
 
Despite everyone knowing it's going to happen Lance Stroll still hasn't officially been confirmed at RPFI for next season. Even Williams have announced their drivers!
 
Yeah apparently Lance's decision as Ocon is his best mate on the grid so he didn't want to make an announcement that he's effectively taken his seat.
