How much of that is due to track camber and car set up rather than the wing flex. I doubt they would want the wing to flex in unequal amounts, so I would suggest that the flex isn't as great as that picture would make it look
He's making a right hander so the wing is loaded on the outside and is close enough to the ground to create low pressure and pull that front left into the ground harder giving him extra grip exactly where it is most needed. That's my understanding.
