Skeeter didn't say money, he said resources. And access to R&D facilities is pretty significant when we are talking about resources.
So Red Bull and McLaren have no r&d facilities?

My understanding is that Ferrari's resources (apart from sponsorship and price money), came from Fiat. Fiat was the reason for their huge budgets...though perhaps someone can clarify this.
they seem to be lining up pat fry for the chop...
werent ferrari only sucessful in the 90s because they were mainly english?

Ferrari has it's own board of directors and it's own company finances, the F1 team funds itself.
But with the luxury of not having to find funding for any of the resources Fiat provide them with.
Did I say that? You are a strange poster Mr Men. You post things as fact and then when somebody challenges you, you try and make out that you were talking about something else.
You said Fiat give Ferrari nothing. I corrected you were wrong. End of story. That is my sole interest in the conversation, I have no interest in your debate with Skeeter, I have no idea what Ferrari/FIAT's relative budget or facilities are compared to other teams.
I don't understand the question?
I never said anyone had a bottomless pit of money
Ferrari's parent company do not matter,
I never at all suggested RB have unlimited funding or that Ferrari has a poor budget
So back to your original point, why do you think Fiat has F1 resources to match RBR, McLaren and Mercedes?
