That chart is showing that FSR 2.0 is easy and quick to implement in any game that has DLSS 2.0 support already.
Yes any game that has DLSS implemented can also have the new FSR implemented very fast. The same will be true for any game that will have FSR 2.0 implemented, there is no excuse not to implement DLSS also. :)

It was the way they were portrayed as a new saviour, when the need for them was at its greatest near the start of the year. All the promise of cheap cards at around a 3070 performance sounded so good.

However we are now into Spring, nothing to buy as of yet, and it looks like regular 30 series stock and 6000 cards prices dropping by the week it seems intel have completely missed a chance to get easy market share. :)

If they're good and cheap enough will still take market share. Even at MSRP nVIDIA and AMD are quite expensive.

When exactly are games going to get upgraded to FSR 2 @LtMatt ? Wasn't it suppose to be very easy and quick to implement, especially if said games already have TAA or DLSS implemented?

Release was said towards end of the year.

Oh.... here's hoping it's because they are adding in their own improvements... Otherwise it kind of goes against their timeline :p

Do we know if this is based on TAAU or TSR?

no, fsr 2 is said to be this or next month iirc. Tho when will games use it, well, thats up to each company to decide that, not amd.

Developers have been pretty good about going back and adding in dlss and FSR 1 so hopefully they'll do the same with FSR 2.

Am sure they is good reason for the time against it that I do not have the answer.

All we have to go from is the date given when it was announced.

Maybe AMD is working with more devs to get a good selection of games come out at the same time rather then just deathloop.

we are only 13 days into q2 if you are going the German buisiness year

and 13 days into q1 by the uk tax year

god now which one the Yanks use

but they can be a little vague

Good point! Standard gregorian calendar though we are into Q2 right now. Not bothered myself about intel as I shouldn't need one, I was interested in seeing them launch however to pressure competition and hopefully be cheap priced like original rumours said.
