If I had the choice of options I would have gone for the electric wing mirrors. The other options such as auto wipers and headlamps are a gimmick.

subxero, it's an '06 plate Phase 2. 10 months old, 12K miles on the clock. Very happy with it :)
 
I might as well go for a new one then, £11270 isn't too bad with a few toys. If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay?

ive had the tech pack, powerfold mirrors auto lights and wipers
 
well just went to ford to see my new car and the nice people at ford fitted me the mp3 connector for free so thats a nice bonus.

Good choice mate, I was weighing up getting one when I used to drive a Mk6 normal Zetec when they were just released. I got a new ST170 instead, but my Fiesta ownership was a good one, was very happy.

Enjoy it, I am not keen on the front lights though of the facelift.

Got it for £11200, not a bad price at all.

Especially when my tax is due, a service and two new front tyres, that alone is £500, so in reality the price is actually £10700. (Ok, not quite) :D

Heh, mine has needed all of that this month so you got a very very good deal there. You will enjoy it :)
 
Did you not at any point question the logic of spending thousands of pounds to upgrade to the same car you already have but with a slightly different dashboard and some funny lights :confused:
 
The ST is listed as Performance Blue, the ZS is listed as Imperial Blue although they're both very similar if not the same.

Yes. But I don't see the point in questioning anybodys choice in cars, afterall, I don't do it to you. Personally, you like your car, I like mine. Couldn't be simpler.
 
well i just got back from my ford garage after completing the paper work and im down to collect my st @ 9am on thursday so ill be the first out of that garage with an 07 plate can't wait. I must sound like a little school girl getting a new doll.

Fair enough point subzero, but I somewhat agree and actually prefer the Mk1 versions front light setup. But you got a good price, so whos complaining :) enjoy the new same car :D
 
well i picked my st up @ 9am been out in it all day have to say its a great little car very responsive just have to run it in for a few miles now then give it a good drive ;) .
