I have to have 4* skills on one of them if I play 3 in midfield. Less important in a 2 but if you can get somebody in relatively rounded (Gundogan, Pogba, Modric) then it's always good!

Im getting terrible lag on FIFA. Im on virgin 150mb. Disaled UPNP on router. It doesnt happen in any other game. Sometimes the game will stop then catch up.....mostly when they just so happen to be attacking in my half 
Its worse than FIFA 14 UT, they should have known how popular this game was going to be and should have tested this before hand.

Does this happen all the time or on occasion? Just double check to make sure uPnP is definitely disabled as it sounds like that kind of lag. I have two routers (one is an extended) so if you have the same make sure uPnP is turned off on both.
Other than that you can assigning a static IP to your PS4 in your router settings and then placing that IP address in the DMZ. Might be worth trying to wire into your router as well to isolate wireless issues.
Don't also rule out just the EA servers playing up

Its not every game - but last night I played 5 people and it occurred in 4 of the 5 matches... I checked who they were against (in H2H season you can check)
1 English / 2 Spanish / 1 Italian - all laggy
1 Dutch - was fine
when its fine, it feels fluid and nearly like single player mode - when bad there is a delay and the players are struggling to control ball etc..
When I feel its network lag - the gameplay is all jittery and choppy - which I would expect for network lag...
If I knew someone in the North East with a PS4 I could see if its okay or just me being sensitive to the online experience....

You're just repeating yourself from what you've said previously is all mate. You've either got some routing issues/packet loss/FIFA momentum switches/overloaded EA servers. Or your opponent has some kind of similar issues. Because it's peer to peer in seasons / FUT all it takes is one of you to have some kind of routing issue and you'll both have non-optimal gameplay. There ain't anything else to say really.

Favourite players so far are Aguero who is beastly and Bony who is a great guy to bring on as sub.
I did have Courtois but he wasnt great, Bergovic has been far better so ive stuck him back in.

Of the 35 FUT games I've played online, I've only noticed a bit of lag in 1, maybe 2 tops. The one I remember was this morning. The game was fine for ages, then suddenly I had a massive delay on any control input. It sorted itself out by the end of the game but it was still annoying.
I'm on Xbox One, if that makes a difference, 100mb Virgin connection, not done anything to the router.
Well my team is coming along nicely and they are quite nice to play with (Spanish league / spanish players ) I will post it later when I'm home. Looks like I'm gonna take a hit on my Xavis , I paid 14-16k for around half a dozen in the hope he would go 20-30k but it doesn't seem to be happening sadly.
Serious lack of a good keeper in Spain now , I packed bravo from barca who looks good but was incredibly bad so I bought cassillas who is better but not good enough !

Kiko Casilla is okay but to be honest every keeper I've used so far goes from making wonder saves to being completely and utterly retarded. Yesterday my keeper tried to save a one on one by kneeling down and falling over, then a few minutes later he's making goal line clearances and punching corners halfway down the pitch. It's like having some sort of Almunia/Kahn hybrid.
Yeah it's frustrating. Every keeper seems to swing between the two extremes of Joe Hart. Him more than anyone in previous FIFAs has been both my annoying save everything nemesis but has also been a wet paper bag too. The new keeper AI doesn't seem right.
So I wonder how EAs coin buying/selling clampdown is going. After running searches on the transfer market for Messi and Ronaldo, there are people bidding 1.5+ million. Surely the only way to get this many coins legally would be to buy a huge amount of packs using EA points and then selling the players?

Prefer Silva, not keen on Schurrle - i got him in a pack and cashed him in after a few games.
Its a nice addition to the team for me, I like to have 4* skills where possible, Alves downgrade was a real shame & Azevedo going to MExico and not making it in the game was downright gutting
Sounds OTT I know, but its just how I play, having Hernanes & Guarin at CDm in 4231 pushing forward is made all the better with 4* skills on them, just my playstyle nowadays.
Schurrle was ruined by becoming MM last year, he was so good in 13!
Kosc is a bit weak, but paired with a powerhouse he does well as he has more agility etc..
Felipe Luis I want to try, loved him last year but currently still using Luke "Are you Shaw you want me on the bench all season" there..
