Finally bought CR7 again, want Bale to go alongside him in 300k coins time but Mbappe will do for now.

Rest of the team is on the weaker side however Courtois is in goal and of course Prime Rui Costa at CAM.
 
far two one-footed from my experience, he bumbles through tackles a lot and he's very balanced but doesn't seem worth his ridiculous price tag.
 
Looking to update my first teams now that I've got both a BPL and Serie A team.

Anyone stick out like a sore thumb that needs replacing? Have about 10K at the moment but happy to save and spend 20-30K if needs be per position in the long term.

I've tried him 3 times I think, wanting him to be like last year but he isn't. Quin has used him as well.

I've used himfor about 50 games now, about 35 at ST where he is very much like a Ronaldo bu gets knocked off the ball a little bit more - maybe because of his low balance. He scored just under a goal a game for me. What did surprise me was that he got load of assists with his decent passing.

Last night I played him at CAM behind Bale and Ronaldo and he's been a revelation scores goals for fun and still gets the assists. He tends to make those runs from deeper which the the CB's struggle to pick up. Really enjoying him and rate him highly as you'd expect from a 2.9 million player!
 
I was thoroughly unimpressed with my loan Henry, he's obviously good but fell well short of expectations. He did one or two things that stood out but on the whole he seemed quite bad. Not that fast, average finishing, relatively weak considering his strength stat. I actually think NIF Mbappe is better.

Only played a few games so far but CR7 seems quite handy, smashes them in from anywhere and rarely loses the ball. Really want Bale alongside him but need another 200k. I think that's pretty much as good as it gets in terms of strikers (R9 aside).

Seemed frail, not as fast as you'd think and generally pretty overhyped when I've played against him.

So sad that SOTW Perisic just didn't do it for me like his NIF, seemed to track back too much at CF in 433-5 and went missing as CAM in 433-4, sold him off and will keep the NIF for LM in 352.

In other news though, Miranda is SO solid, really surprised me just how good he is this year.
 
Fair play to EA with what was mostly a bunch of cheap SBCs, highlights were packing Cech and doing those IF cards that will come in handy for other SBCs down the line

This is how I am lining up now;

Kane is physical enough to receive the ball in the middle, Overmars and Mane are good at getting in behind the defensive line. Just swap Kante and Costa around in game. Vidal is always everywhere, as is Kante even at CM.
