FIFA 19

So I’ve managed to find 2 players that I can buy down at 6-800 coins consistently, and then sell at times instantly for a 1400 BIN, sometimes 3/4 per hour listing period for 1400 coins or so, some slightly higher :) Think I’m up to about 50k coins now and my transfer list is full of cards for sale for 1-q.5k each, though I started yesterday down at about 5k. :)

Still got a few more expensive cards to sell if I want; Davidson Sanchez and TOTW Cech for example. Could still do with web app access to the transfer market though, EA :(

Think I've played 120 games now - I doubt I'll play much more until its patched.

I've given it a chance, but I ******* hate it - its the worst iteration of Fifa I've played. There are no huge glaring problems, but so many little ones that its just frustrating garbage.

AI Defending - overpowered as hell, rewards people for not trying to defend themselves, needs toning down massively.
Pace - might be ok, depending on some other changes.
Passing - the inconsistant passing of Fifa 17 is back, awful. Just pass the ball where I'm pressing, thats all I ask. The AI that decides where the ball is going to go is stupid, and the random error on passing is driving me insane. Adding an uncontrollable error on passes does not create a skillgap it just adds to the randomness that is the most frustrating thing about this game.
Dribbling - Can't run with the ball or you'll get it mugged off you from behind, can't use skill moves to create space because defenders recover so quickly, cannot get in behind, cannot shield, all players move like they're wearing concrete boots. Its so utterly dead its laughable.
Shooting - Once they fix the bugs this might actually be ok - low drivens often get chipped for no reason. Random sidefoots when the player should put their laces through it, overpowered volleys that fly in no matter who is hitting them, endless overheadkicks... Fix this stuff and it might be balanced.
Manual Defending - more ping pong than its ever been, don't bother tackling from the front because the player will either ghost through you or it'll ping pong back to one the opposition team.

I truly hate this game in its current form.

got zero issues with passing or dribbling.

pace is non existent as in it doesn't matter if your striker has 90 pace and you just played him through. unless he only has 5 yards to run he will be caught by any defender.

overhead kicks is annoying. headers are too overpowered from corners. i mean guys are scoring headers from 15 yards out.

shooting i don't like this timed shooting. why because in previous fifas i have just mashed the shoot button repeatedly to get a shot off. this means it activates times shooting whenever i try to shoot. meaning it's a terrible shot. so i turned it off. however if you can master it it's OP. so I guess at some point i'll have to stop the way i've been shooting for several years now.

i have also found ratings mean nothing. i played my B team against a mates A team. I had 2 x 75 rated players and a 76 in midfield and I bossed the whole game. the rest of my players were nothing special either. all based around 77-82. what i noticed was afterwards they all had high physical stats but were poor stat wise in other areas. all i use my midfield for is winning the ball back then passing to forwards. for winning the ball back tackling isn't the best option. bullying the other player is. so pick midfielders with high physical stats and pack your midfield as much as possible. this is why 41212 (2) is a good formation. strength is so important. just pretend the pace stat doesn't exist completely ignore it when making decisions.

having played both online now. i think PES is by far the better game.

players just seem far more intelligent in their AI. they make space for you. they make runs. in fifa. after you do a few passes get the ball forward. you run out of options. it's then sideways or backwards or try and force something. in PES there always seems to be a decent pass on. it keeps the game flowing. keepers are also a lot better in PES. i had a keeper in fifa just collapse at a corner as the ball came in and their player headered into an open net.

Ive lost 50% of my matches so far :(

i wouldn't be too concerned. as you are still learning what works.

basically you need to find a formation and play style which suits you. you also need to learn the engine and what types of players suit the engine and your style in order to win.

until you get that nailed down i wouldn't expect a high win rate.
