guardado been excellent in my la liga team. all my CM's are 82 rated Partey, Wass and Guardado.



I don't see why not. It's a pay to win game. Plus loan players can only be used for like 7 games and bench players get zero chem boost. As in would you be complaining if someone had spent £2K on packs and had them come off the bench? it's the same thing.

Anyhow, anyone used POTM Lucas as LW? Tempted to flog Martial for no reason at all apart from trying to build an untradeable/first owner team:D
 
Sold 2 Otamendi's at max price in first cycle after Hazard POTM drops. 10k profit on each card :p Also got quite a few Chelsea players listed now that I had lingering around :) Unfortunately I'm nowhere near being able to afford to do the actual card in the first place, taking into account the rewards and stuff :(

because when i come up against a team which costs a lot more than mine with a skilled player at the helm there is literally nothing you can do to stop them from scoring. it's ping pong passing then first time shot into the corner. the more expensive players have better stats which means less skill needed to beat someone.

i'm doing well because i'm good at the game. however i bet some of you would laugh if i posted some of my players up. the majority of my full backs are like 75-78 rated. i have an 81 rated keeper. i did have a 75 rated forward but bought balotelli after recommendations on here. he didn't score in his first game but he managed to assist 3 goals a hat trick for depay who was being slated by the same person.

i spent all my reward coins on IF Sabitzer who is an absolute beast. Scored 2 goals on his debut. But I was already using NIF Sabitzer in that position anyway.

Pay to win is a terrible system. I don't see how anyone can advocate it as a good thing. I will see how things go but this will likely be my last year playing UT. I've managed to avoid it for 3-4 years in a row and only got back into it as Destiny 2 was a flop.

I also can't be bothered trading. I could do it as I have done in the past but if i only have 1-2 hours of game time I don't want to spend that buying and selling players. I just invest coins into improving my team. I do have some in investments. But they are long term who I use in my teams where I can. The majority being premiership players and I don't have a premiership team. Another few weeks before I want to finish that off. I only need 4 players CB, RB, CAM and a ST iirc. However I know if I spent £50 on packs I could complete that with beastly players tonight. It's a terrible way of gaming, giving advantage to those who spend money.
 
With the WL and rewards introduced, if you're half decent at the game and have the time to grind through you'll end up with a decent team.
Spending ££ doesn't always return icons etc as your pack luck could be ****

how so? i'm making about 50K a week. i only play it an hour or two every other day. i haven't qualified for a weekend league yet. it's something like 40 wins. i don't even play 40 games in 3 weeks.
 
Division rivals, higher divisions you get much more points through the multiplier so doesn’t take a lot to qualify. I’d say people who can class themselves as good at this are in the higher end of division 4 at the very least.

I think my issue was I played all my qualifying games using an absolutely terrible team. I have now built up to teams I can hold my own with and now winning games regularly. I have been promoted too and won both my games in the new division.

So I look forward to the increased rewards as I make my way through the divisions.
 
That flashback Juanfran looks incredible for la Liga squads. Funny how they've released this though celebrating his 2013/2014 season when they didn't even upgrade him in FIFA 15 and left him at 79 despite 2 IF and a TOTS..

I have him at CM paired with defensive mid. Played in 4411 formation, he’s superb still can’t understand why he isn’t priced higher to be honest.

Edit someone just bought my Sane for 200k
