Got Bernardo Silva and Alderweireld as my player picks. Best I had yet, so reasonably pleased with that. Also got a TOTS Zapata and headliners Sane in the packs.

I'm torn, I know the Icon SBCs are a waste, but there's that little bit of me that wants to do one (it wouldn't cost me anything except almost two squads of tradeable players).
The trouble is, when you consider all the Icons and the ones I'd actually want to use, the odds are against me.

Having Gullit feels like cheating, had the most ragequits ever this WL, went 14-0 in 3 hours.
I could start Hazard but he seems more impactful coming on at 60-70th min. I might put futswap Fabinho in for Vieira depending on how he is or drop Bobby and run Pogba as CCAM with Vieira and Fabinho CDM.

Meh, getting a good team is easy(er) if you're good at the game, try sucking at the game and making a good team!

Well, my weekend league was an adventure this weekend.
Friday went ok (for me, this is all in context of me, not players in general), I ended it 3-3 or 4-2.
Saturday, Saturday was not good. By the end of Saturday I was 7-12. I aim for Silver 1 so that I qualify for the next WL. The way Saturday had gone 4 wins from 11 games was seeming quite unlikely.
Sunday. Not sure what happened. I won 3 of my first 4 games. Now I only needed 1 win from the last 7 games. This seemed much more doable than 4 from 11.
I ended up going 14-14 to get Gold 3. Considering my form on Saturday going 8-3 on Sunday was unimaginable for me.
So overall a good result (for me).
Weekend League is really stressful for me, I'm so jealous of you guys that can get 14 win in less than 20 games.
