81 minutes gone, 3-0 up, 89 minutes gone, 3-3 with 2 AI conceded penalties. Guy didn't do anything all game and shushed as soon as the 3rd went in.

Messi shushed back on the 92nd minute but what a trash game :mad:

Edit: The current team press meta has wrecked this game beyond belief. It completely screws your passing and piles pressure on by making your players worse. Next game, drop back and 91% possession, 31 shots and still lost 1-0.

If you're finding it easy keep going, if not you'll get a lot of rage quits between 9-12 later. You might be leaving it too late normally and just end up facing the nutters.

I think I hate team press more than the drop back brigade :mad:

Edit: 9-6 for the morning. NIF Mbappe and Neymar are dealing with TOTS defenders far better than TOTS Mane and Salah did for me :(

This pressing meta suits my style more and imo that's how it should be not a drop back counter sim. That being said this latest patch has bodged the defending beyond belief. No locking on and attackers gliding past without any interference making it really difficult.

Long story short gameplay suits me but I can't defend it as it just won't allow me to take the ball back anymore :D

I played so many step over boost sweats yesterday and couldn't get near him.

How do you beat the press? I've changed my camera from Tele Broadcast to Co-op so I can spread the ball wider but that hasn't really helped. It's the fact my players make so many mistakes rather than the opponent closing me down that's frustrating. I'm sure EA add button delay when the opponent turns on press as well.

It’s not been easy really, can’t put a run of more than 2 together before losing. I’m not going to have time to play until late tonight so will have to risk the nutters!

I’ve had coop camera for this whole of this Fifa, I nearly had a panic attack switching back to tele broadcast haha
 
I've used Coop camera all year, seen a few talking about switching 1 way or another I haven't played Telebroadcast along time and don't even know what benefits it has. I think just use what you feel comfortable using
 
Currently 14-7, by far the best WL I've ever had.

Selling TOTS Mane and Salah and buying NIF Neymar to play alongside my NIF Mbappe was the best decision I've made, certainly as far as in game performance goes.
 
I'm currently 14-10 (was 14-9 until the last BS game where my players were playing like 60 rated players).
By far one of my worst WL of recent weeks.

It's WLs like this that make me seriously consider just quitting the game.

Nice. I do miss Neymar, was seeing if I could work him in this team but no chance.
 
Currently 20-3 If I choke this that could well be me done with the WL I've been playing some great FIFA for a change.

Finishing 17-10, will give the rest away.

Messi did way better for me this week. 9 goals and 9 assists in 30 games last week, 18 goals and 9 assists in 27 this week.

Mental note, don't touch the sprint button.
 
I know it's just a game but can you imagine the personality of some **** who gets battered, 1-0 down and equalises, then does the whole shush malarkey. It's mad
 
Decided to do Militao as I had the players and think his extra pace over Maldini is needed.

haha obvious cursed and the pack gods have punished me! :D

It's not too bad, I go 4231 in game with Muller at CAM who's been great so far, he always seems to appear in the right position.
 
Some people get all the luck, would've loved a red Robertson :mad:

Be careful with Militao, he's very strong and very fast but he cost me a few games this weekend by giving away penalties when I wasn't controlling him.
