Do people actually type the stars instead of just the swear word they intend :p?

He's going to fool them all again Gimp :D (I hope)

I've been around long enough that it's second nature, I don't need a filter to censor me :)

Give over. Even when you lot complimented him you'd call him a **** at the same time.

He's a nutcase and can't control himself. He's an absolute ****ing genius though.

Why is it you lot? I said English fans, I will always think he's a **** and that's not because he bites, cheats and is a racist. Simply because he plays for Liverpool. I said English fans ;)

I admired him last season for his performances, that doesn't mean I have to kiss his arse.

Disgusting. Life time ban both at club and for his country.

Do you really want a player like this in English football? Would you as a player want to be playing against him?

no player should be expected to run the risk of being bitten and i wouldn't blame them for any boycott for playing against him

mma fighters don't bite or expect to be bitten. neither do rugby players and most boxers. why should this rat expect to get away with it in a game of football?

If Suarez gets a blanket football ban you can better your bottom dollar Liverpool will appeal it.

How would they though, look how they've reacted before. They go the route of decrying what a bad thing he did but talking up everything they've done to change his behaviour and stop him doing it again.

"it's a terrible mistake but he's speaking to a therapist and his wife slapped him and told him he's an idiot and we've talked to him, we can't defend what he did but we're now sure he won't do it again"..... where is the defence when he goes and does it again. Again try the "it's a one off thing, we promise he won't do it again", that will be damn hard to sell. What about the "he's never done anything like this, first offence" defence... well that one is a non starter.

On what possible grounds are they going to appeal. He's got a bigger ban on each occasion and learned nothing, I can actually see Fifa taking his history into account and being much more likely to impose a blanket ban and for longer than two months.

Liverpool wouldn't have a leg to stand on, they CHOSE to back the player, give him a new contract and insisted he'd learned his lesson. They knew exactly what they were risking with a new contract, everyone knew exactly what he was like.

Not advocating biting but it has happened in all of those sports :D

No in rugby they eye gouge and shove fingers up eachothers arses.

Do you play?

I get why people want Suarez suspended, but is it fair?

he is property of Liverpool. What he did he did it with the Uruguay shirt. Shy should his club pay for it?! I swear this system is well and truly ****ed up! So a player goes on international duty, and he gets injured. What does the national team do? The club STILL have to pay his wage, they have to medicate the player and they have to deal with the loss in price of the player. It's even worse when the injury is long, like 6 months.

The club pays the wages not vice versa. if the player can't play for the nation is fine. He is property of the CLUB.

Imo, whatever he gets, it needs to be national team based. If he gets 10+ match ban, it should be a ban from the national team (that would be like 1/2 years, missing the Copa America too!). Personally I feel that if something happens to a player when on international duty (say an injury) the national team should pay the wages of the player until he is match fit, the money of the people medicating him, and a compensation (based on the injury length, type of injury etc.). If a nation is not ready to pay these fines then they can not call up the player 9if you call up the player you automatically accept these rules).

I know this method is NOT viable because the national teams do not have that much money, but it really takes the ****.

It was a generic you. This won't change peoples view of Suarez, you still think he's a **** and you still can't argue he's a great player.

Get some t-shirts printed instead, that'll learn 'em!

*cringe*

Not great, doesn't really make the club bad or racist though for taking their players word over a guy who was apparently racially abused ten times, then five times and apparently couldn't say the word he was abused with because he hates it so much :D

Suarez admitted it !

To using whatever variation of the word negro or whatever yes, not in a abusive way though and was never proven to do so

If he gets sold to real imagine the level of thugness in that team. Pepe, flying elbow and saurez. Would refuse to play that team without the sas or seals next to the byline for protection:eek::p

Does he even realise what he is doing, when he is biting people or is this some form of instinctual reaction (ie. that he should bite). He must've learned the biting habit from somewhere...

I agree with everything that BaZ87, though.
A fantastic player, who has a very strange/bizzarre flaw.

If he gets banned, then this could hit Uruguay's WC campaign hard.

On the grounds that he was on international duty and it is unfair the club is punished.

I don't agree with it but you can see it happening.
