I still dont follow the logic of things, that penalty incident had to have been either a foul, or a dive due to the reaction. If it was the former, it should have been a penalty, if its the latter it should have been a booking. In the end its neither, which makes no sense to me.

Has diving been punished once this world cup? Moses got away with a good 5 without being punished, Neymar hasn't been punished, there was one the other night that wasn't punished. Why would it stop if there is no risk?
