So USA win Iran are out Iran win USA are out draw, USA are out and Iran could be out if Wales beat us by 6

Clean sheet
Can’t beat every team 6+
No game is easy
USA a good team

Should be:

Wins a win
Why not, we’ve got the players

We’ve got a good set of players and Southgate is bringing them down. When they perform it’s in spite of him, not because of him. It’s shameful.

Can’t believe he thought that was a good performance. The man’s a ****!

If nothing else the England squad has the experience to manage stamina/energy and beat the US by tiring them out... losing to them really shouldn't have been an option short of fluke play. (Albeit that is demanding on the England players in a tournament which has way to run yet).

They just repeat what Gareth tells them. I think he gives them a speech for a win, loss or draw and then just selects it post game.

He doesn't have a clue.
