Quite amazing that fans on the BBC are commenting that Kane hasn't done anything this world cup.
 
I don't see why Gareth Bale is lauded as Wales best ever player. Ian Rush is sitting in that studio with more silverware in his back pocket that Bale could dream of. He is also basically retired. Giggs still had another 7 seasons at the top.

bale got wales to their first ever world cup since 58

hes the leading scorer and has the most caps

hes always going to go down as wales greatest ever player whilst giggs abandoned his country refusing to play in friendlies

also what you on about rush has more silverware in his back pocket than bale can dream of what are you talking about. bale won 19 trophies at madrid alone

infact bale has 22 trophies to his name rush has 19 :o

Saka has 7 in 28 for club and country. With 7 assists. Rashford 9 in 21 for club and country with 3 assists.

Better goal ratio although less assists. In a team that is 5th in the league. Not really much in it. You could also argue with Maguire and Shaw in the starting lineup he will have a better understanding.

saka was englands player of the year last season. rashford will be back on the bench next game guarenteed

Ian Rush was playing for Liverpool all the way to the end as an integral part. Bale for the most part of his Madrid career been getting medals for just being on the books. He has a 21/22 champions league medal for playing 2 games. And 21/22 La Liga medal for playing 5. Rush played nearly double the amount of games as Bale for Liverpool than he has played for Madrid.

You also seem to forget it is a lot easier to qualify for the World Cup and Euro's compared to before.
