FIFA World Cup 2022 Group E ** spoilers ** (Spain, Costa Rica, Germany, Japan)

This punditry is hilarious.

It's like a crime has been committed because a FIFA official hasn't personally provided Souness and Neville a portfolio of all relevant evidence.

They're forgetting that in this circumstance, the evidence has to be clear enough to overturn the on field decision. I've not seen anything that's concrete enough to say the ball was definitely out. VAR wouldn't have been looking for evidence it was definitely in, which they seem to be expecting.

ITV showed a freeze shot side on, the ball was in stop with the conspiracy BS Souness

He just can’t handle it when his lovers Spain get done. Now he can’t go on about England being scared
They've shown it twice but still keep saying they have not seen any evidence, too busy moaning and not looking at the bloody tele

I thought this angle made it look like the ball is quite clearly out?

Japan were great in the last world cup. They bossed Belgium in the last 16. It wasn't until lord Fellani came on with his height that they managed to come back. Belgium were rather fortunate that night.

What this does do is highlight with the exception of maybe Qatar there are no real turd teams and maybe our draw against USA wasn't as bad as once thought.

what i dont understand though is the ball has a chip in it for the automated offsides, why cant that technology tell if its out of play or not

Only saw the highlights post match comments. Missing what the drama is when the first tv high angle shows the ball was in (admit I didn’t know the law before, curvature) or Damon close to. So what’s all the other angle rubbish for?
Sourness… watch your own monitor.
