Just found the below on the splash page: So its down until 11am by the looks... 45 minutes to go and sort breakfast then :)

I took up fishing seems fun so far.
was a huge money maker in ffxi so hopefully it will be in this too.

lvl 8 ability gives stealth as well :D

They are opening up the servers gradually by the looks of things, I havnt been able to get on most of the morning, but me and the missus are both on now.

Really enjoying it so far, my only gripe is that the combat actions are far too 'blingy'... I'm shooting an arrow and every one of my abilities makes the screen glow different colours! - Maybe its just a FF thing!
 
Is it just me or have they changed some class quests? The one on my Gladiator for example is now lvl 15 when i think it was 10 yesterday, i mean i wouldn't even have been able to pick it up if it were 15. The dungeon you're supposed to go in for it has also changed to 15 and is now locked in the Duty Finder when it wasn't yesterday.

Yeah it didn't take too long.

Though the internet just died here at i49 for 15 minutes so between server issues on SE's side and the internet here at LAN, playing FFXIV is harder than it sounds :p

And now it seems to be down again? ^^
