If you are crafting for XP don't do the quick synthesis as you only get 50% xp of what you should have if you click it yourself. It's a pain when you don't have enough money to blow on quick synthesis

Eventually managed to get back onto Odin, i just spammed the login until it let me back in.

That queue is a joke, an hour and a half just to get put into it but only 10 seconds to get through the queue and into the game.

Yeah i quickly noticed! Nice for general used items though. RSI central however doing it manually.

I would say to avoid Quick Synthesis almost entirely tbh. Only reason to use it would be if you wanna churn out a load of items quickly that don't get much benefit from being high quality like an Antidote (Never seen it HQ so don't know if it actually does something extra). The extra exp you get from improving the quality in a recipe is just massive.

Edit: looks like char creation locks are still in place. Going to keep refreshing the list and hopefully get on Odin.

I would, Phoenix is pretty good. I didn't bother with moogle after my struggles.

JP is my back up for the inevitable EU/NA downtime.

I set up a Thaumaturge today and I keep getting lost in the city. I am struggling to navigate particularly the inner chambers with their stairs and corridors. Anyone else?

Worst account management system ever. Made a Square Enix account using my e-mail address as my ID and everything. Bought the game. Now can't even log on my Square Enix account online even after resetting my password. The launcher is rubbish also because I can't type in my full e-mail address LOL.

Then I ask to reset my password. After setting a new one, I try to sign in literally straight away and invalid login!!

Downloading the game now. If I can't log on first time, I shall be very annoyed in the morning!

Same here, i have to run around with the map open and am constantly getting turned around. They have far far too many tiny little zones with load screens.

I mucked around for about half an hour trying to login at first. eventually I went to the account page and after searching through it I found out that my username had a random number after it (e.g. it had become Crpwned8) so i used that and it worked. Not sure if it adds the number itself for some reason or if I just mis-typed it.

Loving the game so far, though I did become stuck around level 20 as after the envoy quest around level 15 I had somehow missed the next quest giver for the main story quest so I had nothing to do for good exp and new quests weren't popping up. After a bit of searching on the interwebs I found where the missing link was and sped through it last night, which is a good thing because I was wondering why i couldn't access or queue for any instanced dungeons!
Now chugging along at a good rate, currently level 23, and have tanked through the first 3 dungeons and it's all looking good so far
