Ah that would explain why it wasn't working. Couldn't see any mention of Maintenance in the launcher.

Did it start around 3pm?

The GMT time they mention in the news article doesn't take into account summer time, so it's actually 16:00 - 19:00.

What the heck? Started it up then went to pour a drink, sit back down and ReClock from MPC-HC is trying to link itself with the game for the in-game movies lol.

Aye I loaded it back up and spotted it. I pretty much just glanced at the top one under Special Notes and didn't see the maintenance notice.

Servers will probably come down again, they haven't fixed what they were supposed to fix.

Not really, i see some people rubber banding around a bit but that's it.

Getting a bit hard to find things to do atm, i keep switching class until i hit the wall with the Duty Finder bug but i'm at the point all the ones i want to play are stuck and it's just the ones i don't left.

It's weird.. I'm getting a constant rubber-banding - never had any issues like this in any of the beta's.. time will tell I guess.

Looks like the duty server is dead again.

I appreciate new MMOs always have problems but Square are not new to MMOs, they have gone through this twice already with FFXI and XIV 1.0. If the problem was just a bit of lag or occasional DCs I wouldn't mind but the Duty servers are required to do just about anything, after shutting down all NA/EU servers for nearly 3 hours I expected better.

Getting a lot of disconnects on loading screens now. Not been a very good launch so far at all.

Went into an instanced area, got DC'd now cant log back in, lvl 12 now.

I'm skipping a few quests because they are a pain to get to. Its a great looking game.
