It's around £135-£140 per m3 for a seasoned mix, mid Cheshire.
I'm fortunate to have a good supply of unseasoned for free otherwise I probably wouldn't bother as I go through 5-6 m3 per winter.
Ouch. I've been running down our biggest store as the patio / paths will be getting repointed in the spring, so moving an empty log store is much easier.
Who was your price from? I've got a few bookmarks of people to ring round to price when I'm ready to fill up. I did notice a new place has appeared near Morrisons in Drayton who had some big piles in their yard - https://www.deliverwood.uk/shop
All I have is a phone number and he lives in Prees and runs a farm. I did check Good wood in Prees and he does a load for £160 for small logs and £150 for 10" logs.
I will check that link as I need more than one load to fill log stores -Thanks
PS - I rang that link and they are a large log company with a few other places - They have free delivery if you live within 15miles from them.
Large bag (looks like a small builders bag) is £115 -2x is £110 each - so when the load I have ordered comes I will order one from these and see what the difference is. I used to go to Telford for logs and thought £15 was robbery. Good old days.
