Hmm, could only seem to change one of them down to 3000. it wouldn't let me change the other column, so I cancelled without saving.
I'm doing and SFC scannow to see if it comes back with anything, but I don't think it will as it didn't when I scanned yesterday. This is really bugging me!!

Or i'll try and update the bios from the 'gigabyte centre'. Seems like I can update it by downloading it through there?

Edit: I'm scared to update bios.

I would not update the bios through the app centre seeing as the pc is not stable.

If you do decide to update the bios, put the file on a usb stick and use Q-Flash in bios.

Ah okay, I decided to completely uninstall gigabyte centre anyway – it was getting on my nerves..
Seems to be running okay at 3000 at the moment, will have to see if there's any bumps!

Ran 3200hz on the ultra and values are different
Currently using 3466hz ok at the moment
