First rude abusive customer experience

1. His phone should have taken a backup of his SIM card locally stored phonebook.

I mentioned that, he said he removed them so they only stayed on his sim..

2. Don't know how old you are, but you will harden to the fact that sometimes you get thrown a curveball and something unexpected happens. Age and experience will toughen you up against this.

24 mate. I just don't like conflicts what so ever.

3. I hope the business you are part of is legit as there are a torrent of illegal parts and phone shops popping up all over the world.

Yea it's legit, it's one of 5 stores, n.

4. You need to check with insurance or policies concerning 'oops moments', or even a disclaimer form that the customer signs/agrees to

will do.

Dude, I used to work in the purple shirts place many moons ago.

You've not lived son.

I once had to literally fight a smack head thief who was nicking headphones, while I had him on the floor he tried to stab me with a hypodermic needle with god knows what in it.

Retail sucks balls because the general public are morons in the main.

Your first question should have been: "Have you backed up the SIM data?"

Yeah surely this would be question number one

And unfortunately if you want to work in a customer facing environment then sadly this is something that you will have to get used to.

Damn dude that is nasty....

Why it is always best to avoid conflict end of day.

Didn't have a choice really and it ****s me off when people think they can just take what they want.

He was a little scrote and I quite enjoyed being able to give him a kicking.

Close to tears? Wow grow some balls

I also would have invited him to try to knock me out and see what happens
