Fish in your pond? Set some rigs up? Clean your gear? I just fixed my pole, had a very small carbon split in it at the end but sanded it down and tested. Everything is AOK.

My local tackle shop is opening via the side door, no browsing, so you have to phone in your order and then come and pick it up.

I got the new rod licence the other day so just need to renew my club membership and I'm good to go!

Not too bothered if I catch any fish or not, will just be nice to sit at peace outdoors!

Here's hoping you all can get out soon :)

Plainsville Lake near Wigginton, York.
Not a very big fishery but a nice mix of species, carp into the 20's etc.
Never blanked there in my life, so nice and easy.
Wont have been heavily fished either, so expect they will be jumping out :)

Worst days fishing for a long time, fish just wern't feeding.
Nobody had any carp, I had x1 bream and a few bites all day.
Nobody had much, so it wasn't just me.
Strange, as I thought that it would have fished its head off.
It was cold, so that may have put them off.
