Floating idea - Lan Party - November - In Private Hotel - Wales

Yeah m8 could do, di you say no one had paypal? Wanna mail a cheque? Deposit is taken off rooms so like if you all pay a tenner and you all stay sat night you will all owe £5 for the rooms, shame your only 1 nightering, barely chance to settle in!
 
What's those [non lan] rooms. Are they guests that are gonna gatecrash the party! Grrrrr.
 
Are they aware this is going on as i thought the hotel would be going under "Private Party". Does it affect the meals etc? :confused:

we're setting off early saturday and not leaving till late sunday so we'll be there long enough to do plenty of owning :D

yer i can mail or cheque but bank transfer would be so much easier if thats possible? and do we pay the extra when we get there?

theres only 3/4 of em, they are on business not tourists and i dont see why it affects meals because the brekkie is included for them too and the kitchens are open to all in the evenings anyway.

I fail to see a problem
 
Dunno if it had been asked before but whats the resturant like food and price wise? I am certainly interested in going just got to finalise my details and get my freinds deposit (would be me and a freind in the remaining twin (if thats cool still gott confirm)

putting on special lan-minded evening meals and lunch, so rather than gourmet duck a la orange, itll be like headcrab burgers and Master Chief Chicken, Crackdown nachos anyone? :D (looking about £5 per meal m8)
