flubit - how they do it

In regards to the items you received that have "obviously been used" - please get in contact with customer support - we don't sell 2nd hand items and they will be happy to help out.

Note: I work for Flubit

I'm sure the OP would disagree with you.

Quite. I'm sure he means they don't *intentionally* sell used items. I have photographic evidence that suggests this happens, though. I also found a flubit/"dibs" (lol filter) story on hukd that is similar to my flubit/amazon one.

In fairness they have come back to me with a 2% saving (£15), which is [i think] cheaper than the item can be had for elsewhere.

Curious what it means for warranty if buying through a third party like that

do you mean warranty or just general rights? It won't affect your DSR rights or statutory rights under soga. Warranty - depends if retailer or manufacturer backed...

That would put me off on more expensive items but then most retailers try to get you to go through the manufacturer anyway.

I would like to give it a go though so feel free to trust me an invite if one is going spare ;)
