Download them then unzip them. Copy the folders into Documents (or My Documents depending on Windows version) then Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\graphics.
You may have to create the graphics sub-folder if it isn't already there. I've made sub-folders in graphics to keep my kits, faces and logos separate from each other.
Then go into FM17 and Preferences and clear/re-load the cache to get the game to see the new graphics files.
