These 1475s are exactly the same as the kick-ass 1478/1479/1481 units. 364 points, easily 400+ ppd for most A64/Opteron folk and you lucky Pentium-M owners. Needs BigWUs on to get them and possibly -advmethods, not entirely sure.

Problem is it's not on the projects list which is why FAHMon can't get any info for it.

I've been getting a few 364-pointers, helping my production somewhat...still too many GBGromacs units for my liking. Back when I had my A64 virtually every unit I got was worth 364 or 600 points.

Same prob got a whole load of em on several boxes FahMon has no data for it as of yet. You can set FahMon to auto update it's library when needed in the preferences, FahMon -> Preferences.

Seem to be quite quick WU's :)

Dont that now. Thanks.

It was a little strange that when I first got a 364 pointer it displayed the correct credit. Now since Ive got another one it isnt displaying the credit. I know how much it will be though, so its all good.

Sods law PC goes through 36% of a1475 WU and poof the circuit breaker in my UPS pops out >_<

Does anyone have any luck at recovering from a previous checkpoint when such problems cause their PC's to go down?

I've found that if the hard drive is formatted as NTFS, 95% of the time the WU will be fine if you have a power failure. With FAT32, though, I corrupted quite a few and had to start them again.

Including the infamous occasion where I had to crunch the same WU three times in a row!

Got a 376 pointer now. Project 2111. Taking ages. Few days to get this one done :D
yeah I have a similar one, p2109 for 376 points, only getting about 130ppd on my X2 3800 at stock - will have to get that sorted out :p

my GF's machine had a 364 pointer and it's giving about as many ppd as both cores of the X2  :p

Would like to know what the guys above me are running...

I'm running a P4 3.6 (Skt 775) at stock (she won't clock due to the resulting stupidly high temps :(). I've absolutely no idea what to expect from it in an average week, as it's unusually been not on for a couple of days whilst I've been away, but hopefully I'll soon find out ;)

You get the PPD info from the benchmark tab dont you in FahMon?

Its not listing the 2 1475's WU's Ive done now onto a 2111. How can I see how much PPD Im getting on each project ?

FahMon's not getting any info from the projects page becasue p1475's been pulled already. It was a limited re-release of an old project. It's worth 364 points and should perform very similarly to p1481.

To get your PPD from the frame time listed in FahMon, use the following formula:

((FrameTimeInMinutes * 100 percent) / 1440 minutes per day)) * PointValue = Points Per Day

For instance, if I was getting 16 minutes per frame on average I'd see:

((16 Minutes * 100 percent) / (1440 minutes per day)) * 364 Points = 404.4 PPD

Ok, I get you. Thanks.

The 2111 project isnt in Benchmark section. Not sure what Frame Time is. Takes 44 minutes atm to do a frame. Is that the time Im after? Does'nt work out right though, calculating the PPD :p

Sorry for the n00b questions ;) Just getting my head around FahMon...

the p2109 is showing in my benchmark fine

Project : 2109
Core : Gromacs
Frames : 100
Credit : 376

-- List of benchmarks --

X2 Core0 ->
Min. Time / Frame : 42mn 49s - 126.45 ppd
Avg. Time / Frame : 42mn 49s - 126.45 ppd

Try updating projects in FahMon since p2111 is showing on the projects page at the moment it should show up in FahMon alright then
edit: Yeah i think Billy's made a mistake somewhere as I get a silly number for ppd if I use that formula

you not got locks on the motherboard to keep the other system clocks seperate from the CPU/RAM?

I remember the first and last time i corrupted a HD by overclocking - not fun stuff at all :o

Not sure what this mobo has got :p Its a medion machine. Bought about 4 years ago when this cpu was the top of the range. How times have changed. Even 3.2GHz is consider to be low :p

Will check it out tomorrow. I'l give it a shot. Best time to do it really. If it messes up F@H then, it wont be soo bad. Ive got to frame 5 of this 2111.
