Folding@Home Weekly Team News - 6th July 2006

Our average production is going up nicely now.. see sig. :)

Were aiming for 50... let see if we can do it.
We have also just stomped spcr in the 24 hour average points league.
Would be nice if we could take anandtech down too...

Remember every team we beat in the 24 hour average points league are on our stomp list and given enough time we will stomp them.

ha forgot to check out this last weeks news..

I've had a few problems with my X2 rig this week. For some reason the F@H services keep dropping. I'm not what the problem is yet but we'll see.

Has anyone seen Gazzza coming up through back

In the next 40 days or so, he's going to be up there..!!! Has a daily out put of 2k plus

Yes, the problem with big teams is its a struggle to get anywhere significant in the ranks.

Leasurely parp to Pixel.
Bit of a lazy pixel i reckon... or perhaps a stuck pixel... stuck on black. :p

By my count tomorrow marks a month since the last thread, so perhaps after next weeks news?
I'll email a don and ask, or a passing don can give us the go ahead.

Sounds good :)
My guess is we will pick up 24 new members from it

Place your guesses now :D

Well i suppose we won't make the magic 200.

Eoc stats are down atm but i'll have a look in a minute and see what new milestones we should set ourselves.
I'm hoping we can keep on top of 50,000 without any new members.

I really need to sort my own production out before i worry about anyone elses, i should be in the green by now. Have just about finished fitting a network cable so the p3 can fold again, but then the opty needs dismantling.

At the end of it all, production from the opty will double as it will be on 12/7, and i will have added a p3 733 and a celeron 800.

nice graph to - what happen on the 19/06/06 (was their a batch of large 2 day WU's)

No, ther was a problem in stanfords results server and it got switched off for a bit, hence the delayed results. if you look about you will find most teams have the same glitch on the 19th.

yup there's a low point one day and then a huge spike the day after

the one that's worrying me is the production hit on 1st July and seemingly no rush of credit since - the 1st was the day they started updating the stats servers I think so it's possible everything since is just delayed
I'm sure if there's any missing credit it'll find it's way home just as soon as the next re-crediting run :)

Got the new PSU for the P4 system today, 10hrs so far and counting, so it's looking good :) Also built a new system on a Venice 3500+, which has been folding for an hour now.. cross fingers that's going OK.
So... 2 more crunchers to the farm, the farm is now six :D

Kinnison.
