Tough tackle by Barton, not bad though, Diaby was a tit for throwing a hissy.

Clear penalty first one, defender a moron.

Nolan/keeper thing was handbags. Anyone who thinks otherwise need to replace their girl parts and man up. They were both, rightly, booked.

Best goal onside.

Second penalty was 50/50 some would give it others wouldnt. Rosicky a moron for swinging his arms like a muppet.

Tiote wonder goal!!! :D

Nolan could have won it at the end :p

VP was clearly offside.


Looking at it it's just more Arsenal fans moaning for nothing, the referee decisions were fine and the few bad both balanced out. Wengers **** tactical decisions let you down. You need a leader more than anything else. We should have won it at the end :D great game and I guess both teams got what they deserved.
 
Hope this kicks United in to gear to be honest, it's cut their advantage down.

I'm still getting over the Wednesday game :(

Disagree. I thought Barton's tackle was bad, it wasn't a good tackle at all. Lucky to remain on the pitch.

Nolan's was almost the same as Diaby's and should have being a red card.

Second pen, t'wasn't a pen either, soft to put it one way.

How was nolans not different to diaby???

That second pen was never a pen either.

The 4th goal for the crisp eaters though, now that was a great goal.
 
I've asked this before but why is a player sent off for handling the ball in an attempt to stop a goal but if a player handles the ball in an attempt to score a goal it's only a yellow?

Diaby once broke his leg because Dan Smith dove in on him much like Barton did there. I can actually understand why he flipped out there, even if he shouldn't have.

And the point is that if he got sent off for raising his hands against Joey Barton, then why shouldn't Nolan get sent off for raising his hands to Chesney?

I doubt you'll respond to logic though, so I await your "Aww poor Arsenal always moaning" type response.

Because its denying a goal-scoring opportunity in the first case?

Same way a trip is a yellow most times, unless you're the last man.

1// Would have thought you have no right to headlock our keeper and violently bring him down. Look at it this way, he didn't make a meal out of it so Nolan was lucky not to get a red.

2// Home sides shouldn't get a little more in decisions as the game should be played fairly.

If Nolan had grabbed him for no reason I wouldn't disagree, it was handbags with them both playing keep ball from each other. Sezielezzie (or whatever you call him) didn't even make a deal of it and if an Arsenal player doesn't include at least one backflip and a scream if anguish there can't be anything at all in it. Not even Whinger whined about well at least the motd clips didn't show him.

Penalty, meh, was 50/50 but similar to first one and other penalties you have seen recently if the player doesn't force the ref into the situation (in this case trying to be a human helicopter) them you won't give away a pen.
