One thing I don't think has been mentioned is Sandro's emergence. Earlier in the season he looked off the pace and prone to dallying on the ball too long but those problems seem to be behind him. I'd even goes so far as saying he looks like a complete midfielder, the boy has stamina, strength, tenacity matched with pace and ability on the ball.
He's still prone to the odd mistimed over exuberant tackle, but isn't in the same league as Wilson "yellow card waiting to happen" Palacios. He's worked himself up the pecking order so much that Huddlestone will have his work cut out to dislodge him. Kudos also to Jenas who is starting to look like the player that got called up for England in the past.
