The worst thing he did in the press conference was say he could see Cazorla was injured but didn't take him off because he wanted to stay on. Same way he played Sanchez because he wanted to play. Manager has to think about the season as a whole and the best choice in the moment, not just do whatever the player wants.

Take a clearly injured Cazorla off, maybe he's out for a month with a severe strain rather than a full blown rupture. Rest Sanchez because it's the right choice and maybe you rest him once a month rather than lose him for 4-6 weeks. Even worse is hamstrings can continue to go once they've gone the first time. Look at Costa, Messi, Ronaldo a couple years back, Aguero.

He's a complete joke now.
