Why the **** didnt we bring Tevez on when it was one nil and we needed to pressure the Chelsea defence?

Why did he persist with the hopeless Berbatov?

2 points dropped there through total stupidity.

P.S Mike Reilly should never be allowed to referee a game again, he is the worst referee in the world.
 
Well I would have taken a draw before the game.

Worse reffing I've seen in a while (well since the 2 penalties that weren't mid week), some truely shocking decisions and some needless yellow cards.
 
Whether he gets the overall man of the match I dont know but I thought Fletcher was immense. Plenty of running and used the ball well. Made Lampard a passenger for the best part of 90 minutes.

Before the game I would have been happy with a point. After it I am disappointed as I really think if we took the game to them we would have won. For all their possession. Joe Cole is still a show boater who wastes far more than he creates.
 
7 yellow cards for united. thats utter ridiculous. Rooney got a yellow for the exact same thing, that joe cole got away with.

Great game, although Mike Riley needs to be banned for a few games - absolutely horrendous game from him. How he gave a free kick against Lampard when Ronaldo did possibly the worlds worst dive I will never know! The bloke cant even end the game in the correct manner, get rid of him!

Berbatov looked distant all game, not sure he's worth the £30m to be honest

But good game none the less, great result
 
What a terrible performance from the ref.
Once again we didn't play well and once again, SAF seems happy to let complete failures to continue - Neville was struggling big time and Berbatov did nothing.
Worrying.
Still, nice to see park contribute something :p
 
Was the ref going to give a free kick at the end of the game but then didn't have the balls to follow it up. By Rios reaction I thought there was going to be a free kick.
 
That was a very strange end to the game, I thought all the protesting was the result of a freekick being given outside the box, then Ferdinand started walking towards the bench and I thought wtf is going on. Glad we at least got a point today, but like Chelsea will be a little miffed that good chances failed to get us 3 points. I'm still incredibly ****ed that Tevez didn't play.
 
Got to be happy with the result, although I think we could have won it a few times.

How much of a tit is Mike Riley though, seriously, that wasn't a dirty game, how did that end up with 6 yellows for us? Ronaldo got booked for being fouled.
 
Rio was terrible today imo. Neville should think about early retirement, he's not in football any more unfortunately.
 
the Starters did very well - even if it was a very strange midfield

I wish Neville hadnt been out for over a year - but I dont think he has a place in the current team with Brown, De Silva, Hargreaves and supposedly Evans all able to play there

Evans did very well for the most part although he didnt have to contend with Drogba for too long

We really paid for VDS's injury, even if he was shaky at the start, at least we have a reasonable run in the EPL for the next month or so

Should have finished the game off in the first 45 (even given that Cole had already missed by 1/2 time)
