HIT is good if you can really put in the effort into every session. It's essential that you go to failure on every exercise so if you're not up for the workout you'll struggle.

I've experienced good gains on HIT :)
 
Need to order some Whey this evening, is the bulkpowders MP price match still the best deal? Been getting my whey from Barry at Bulk Whey (was 8kg NZ80 = £40) but he's had to switch to isolate and i'm not sure it's as good value (6kg iso = £55 vs 10kg euro80 = £64).

Yes, although I believe www.sports-nutrition.net will also pricematch them if you phone them up.
 
I can do 4x12 @ 110 which seems pretty good then! Congrats on gettin into them.

not sure where im gaining so much weight from but last session scales said 129kg (clothed):

4xbw+10kg :D

loving them!

arms are somewhere around 18" i think
 
your a monster m8 no doubt, you reckon you'll ever cut, realistically i mean, some people are power guys some are mirror guys, where you fit?

I have odd thoughts of dipping with 40kg between my legs!!

Funnily enough i posted on another forum last night saying that I want to cut, but im just to much in love with crap food to do it properly :D

I think im going to sort something where i just start doing morning cardio again and some steady state stuff for 15-20 mins after a weights session (ive cut weights down to about 45-60 mins now so have a bit of time).

If i go the home gym route then this will be even better for me as i will be back to training at whatever time i want (this really helped me at the 24hr gym).

Essentially i will never be a mirror lover (other than to check form (of the women doing random exercises in very tight clothes..)), but i could be leaner than I am now.

I'm making my last proper attempt at a cut.
2 hours walking day (to and from work) and 3-4 evenings in the gym, along with a strict diet. Gonna try to keep it up until my birthday (7th Aug).

If i don't get he results i want then It'll stop trying. It'll be non stop beer kebabs and cakes :D

Do the V-Diet m8, sod the walking, ive shed about a stone and a few more weeks i hope to have abs, well worth a 2 month torture plan, no muscle loss that i can see either.

Nah, I'm not giving up proper food no matter what. Although i do have a few bottles of Hot-Rox Extreme to help me along :)

Plus i need to do the walking to get my cardio back into shape.
 
Big guy! :cool: I didn't imagine you'd have a goatee though! :D How tall are you?

I'm somehow leaner than I have been... still hovering around 210 though which is good, I've increased my strength to a huge amount (over 200kg deadlift, 140kg bench, and 180 squat), and developed more size/shape, yet somehow dropped a little bodyfat. :confused: I'm not eating as much as I used to but am loading myself with a lot of good food (high protein, low fat, low carbs) just not in HUGE quantities - so that's helping. I just feel strong at the moment which is a good feeling, I don't feel big particularly, but strong :)

I've just purchased a weight belt for dipping and pull ups - so looking forward to christening it soon! :cool: :D

The biggest sacrifice I've had to do is cut alcohol (beer) to 0, and not eat cakes or naughty foods. However, I just don't miss them now and look at the results!
