Lots of animals eat the placenta after giving birth. Makes sense really, you spend months growing the thing, might as well get something back ;)
 
Anyone here supplement with ZMA? I've been taking 3 tabs before bed for the past week. Crazy dreams!

Yeah I found the same thing. Never usually remember my dreams but with ZMA had some really vivid ones. Not sure it improved my training other than better sleep.
 
I found taking zinc and mg has help my sleep (though I never had bad sleep) and certainly reduced the fatigue I get from heavy days and heavy training. Zinc's good for the libido too - which is quite dangerous in my case! :o
 
Hit a few nice PBs in the gym today. Deadlifted 190K for 10 reps, with more left in the tank, and shoulder pressed the 47.5K dumbbells for 3 sets of 10. Tried the 50s but couldn't move them :(

I'm hoping to get 200K for 10 reps next month and then I'll drop back to sets of 3 and start cranking up the weight.
 

ive noticed that before and while its possible, it would put him at one of the strongest people on this planet in bench.

calculators arent the best.... but... 585lb for 23 reps is apparently the equivalent of 988lb 1RM.

He doesnt look that big, cant see him being more than 260lb, unequiped aswell. He should be 1rm almost the world record for equiped!

I just dont believe it.

He is chunkier than I initially thought - and although they were partials he'd easily rep out 10 full slow reps. I think it's genuine... but I'm ready to believe otherwise. I'm just trying to pull my jaw up from the floor.

completely agree, he could put 10 very strict reps out. he is also doing them BB style rather than PL, making it even more impressive (in terms of potential weight).
You can see at about 20 he does a nice full slow rep without an issue at all, then reps out more.
 
he's an incredibly strong guy, it almost looks a joke when he stops on his chest and asks about reps. But as others have said, if he's really that strong he could prove it in other ways that were more clear cut
 
On my forum there is this guy that does 48 chin ups 4-5 times a week, he says he is getting ready for a fitness comp. We all called him out and told him to make a video. Well he made a video, here it is. His excuse was he had no one to count his reps. I guess all that focus on making sure the form is perfect makes it hard to count.
