Well apart from what looks like a tracheotomy scar on the throat which is not something you tend to have done to you for fun.
Also nerve toxins don't tend to do much overly visible damage (if you survive the initial attack), you don't get left with burns, massive scarring, or limb loss, but rather nerve and organ damage.
She's also obviously had makeup (probably professional as it's a planned interview), and you're only seeing her upper body with whilst she's stationary which could easily be because she's not comfortable with a wider shot.
About all it shows is that she's able to talk for a minutes and looking in reasonable external health for that period of time, a lot of people with brain injuries or medical conditions affecting the brain can/do look like that but might suffer from things like uncontrolled twitching or co-ordination issues intermittently (think Parkinson's etc).
You think the UK hasn't/doesn't do the same?

Well he did help syria fight and beat the terrorists, for some reason that angers a few of the posters here.
You would think we would all be saying anyone who kills isis is a friend of ours but no, isis are no longer the enemy it seems.
