*** Forum Update - Official Issues Thread - Please check the OP for known issues ***

Posting this separately as a genuine bug report, but is it possible to tweak the icode tags so that they stand out more? On Blue theme and Dark theme they almost blend into the surrounding background, I'm on Alternative for now where they at least stand out a bit more. Ideally they should clearly stand apart from the surrounding text and background so that you can see clearly where code begins and ends.

Even opposing colours wouldn't be too OTT (the whole point is they stand apart, after all). Say very pale grey/off white on the dark theme, and black or white on the blue theme. You get the idea. I have 20/20 vision and think it's an issue, so God help any forum members with dyslexia or sight problems. If it's hard coded we'll just have to manage, but still it's worth an ask.

Thanks but wasn’t particularly what I meant. Why was it called trust and why did it work that way, unlike all other sides that use PMs/conversations?
It was an add on written specifically for the forum when functionality didn't exist on previous versions of the forum (in fact a different piece of software altogether)

Wrong on both counts! I'm not a native I'm a filthy immigrant wool, I just married a fantastic girl who happened to be Scouse. :D I've never been one for football, I couldn't tell you the first thing. Before my health blew up I was all about martial arts and rugby, too much amateur dramatics and boredom in football for me. ;)
Is the wife a red or a blue though?! :D

I had a search through the thread, but couldn't see it mentioned.

I don't seem to be able to choose between marking a board as read, or the entire forum anymore? Just the latter. I'm using the default/Classic Blue theme.

On Mobile using Chrome (not checked desktop yet) there are no page numbers at the top of an open thread so if I want to navigate to say page 6 of 12 I have to scroll bottom of the page to find the option.

Linked to that I can't select a specific page, only previous, next, first or last pages, nothing in between. Cancel that, you click on the page number ("3 of 4" etc) and it opens a dialogue box to select a specific page.

It was odd. It felt outdated. Even in the 2000s.
IIRC Trust as it was started out as a custom add on for UBB back in the very early days of the forum and I think was coded by Telescopi for MM, it was then updated to to work with VBB and then xenforo. Basically it looked "outdated" because it was purely functional, and the look didn't really change in 22 years.
At the time it was originally implemented I don't think any for the forum software available had something similar as a default or easy to use thing (at the time the admins had to manually enable access to MM as the original forum software didn't do that sort of user promotion/private forums otherwise), and we kept using it because there wasn't an "out of the box" option that did the same job (as it is I think merging it into this update took more time than expected).

Not sure if anything can actually be done with this (and it was an issue pre-update as well) but when you use the "first unread" link into a thread, it jumps you to the correct post (which is great) but if the thread is full of lots of media — e.g. embedded tweets — the embedded content loads after you've jumped to the correct place and you end up looking at an old post nowhere near the new post you wanted to read.

This is especially bad on Mobile when you have lots of scrolling.

It needs a preload or something so that all embedded content gets downloaded and then you get taken to the correct anchor.

I don't know how you would do it, or if the UX of waiting for the preload would be just as frustrating in a different way, but it really is annoying as I use "first unread" quite often.

Also would it be possible to make the spoilers respect the underlying theme, as it was before.
Right now it just stays white irrespective of any theme you may decide to use.

You see?!!!!
Will this be possible @Armageus , I see you haven't added it to the list of issues (yet?)

Yeah I find this annoying aswell, can't remember if this happened before or not
