Surely the excitement would be very short lived for you. Excitemnt for 3 seconds until you realise you don;t have a 360 so can't download the aforementioned demo!!! ;) :D

One thing to note from the above is that the devs can tweak the performance of objects and the game model after release to ensure things are balanced.

Soooo with your way of thinking its a good idea for MS to release the biggest demo of the year just the day before a major update, nice one but it aint gonna happen. If it was appearing before the update i think we would have seen it by now.

How does after the update and before the Halo 3 beta sound?

Why would it not happen? how long is Live down for the update? few hours?

I have been told by 2 different people, both in the industry that Monday is the current date for the demo, believe it or not, we shall see. :) I told you the release date had been delayed as well if you remember :)
 
Maybe Pit Pass will tell us something tomorrow...

Sooner the better i agree. Just think its been foolish of some folk on here and on other forums as theyve been estimating when the demos coming for over two weeks. Then it doesnt arrive and their even more annoyed.
This weekend, next weekend im not really botherd as their is now plenty of material every day or so to keep us amused regarding the game.
Friends in the industry, please. Its not even upto Turn 10 as Che said its out of their hands so i doubt how your friends have any inside knowledge of it because if their was a leaked out date everyone would know about it.

Also as discussed before expect an announcement a couple of days before its even comiing.

Believe what you want, I already passed on the release date for the UK before any other site did :) Your right its out of Turn 10's hands, its up to MS. Monday you can thank me :)

I know its a common one to band about, and i honestly didnt believe him when he set the release date at the 8th, but he did say it and before the official announcement was made. So a little slack Mr Latte :), i hope he's right.. monday would suit me. (rubs it in Squins face!!!.. <xbox dies> nooo!)
 
I hope he's right, everyone hopes he's right but not sure why he thinks we have to thank him :confused:

Seems a little bizarre to release the demo just before a big Live update, would have thought update then game TBH, but if we get it a day sooner then so be it :)

Who asked for thanks? not from you anyway was talking to someone else :) chill out, no need to drag previous events into new threads....

Not sure why people think the update means anything much to demo's? its perfect, live is down, you have Forza and 24 cars to try out, makes the downtime seem less of a pain :)
