Forza 4

I'm getting pretty mad at them, and the relevance to this thread is, I hope MS do anything to sort out the wheel situation, we need more manufacturers with half decent wheels on the 360!

Your spot on with the company and its service issues which are very well documented on the largest resource/thread discussing such @ GTP. Some people have had no problems others have had several.

The relevance to Fanatec in this thread is simple they make wheels for the X360 and have an exclusive marketing partnership with T10. Rumour of a new possible shifter or product being announced at E3 is also completely FM4 relevant too is it not?

Here's a day to look forward too.

Excellent. Apart from f1 2010 and diablo 3 this is definitely one of my most anticipated games.

This seems a better thread..so reposted here

Not much given away at E3, but just starting to look at the video now..

Most intriguing bits..

"Epic Monthly Expansions" - Monthly content?
"Community Rivals" - Hopefully some stuff to compare clubs against each other
"Community 16 players" - Methinks 16 players is online only, perhaps physics calcs make it too much for singleplayer..? Still not too bad..

And this seems to show some improved 'smoke/dirt' and even glass breaking (if it is representative of the final game)

OOhhh... jalopnik info (Thanks to PzR Slim on FMUK for finding it so quickly!)

a snippet I liked..
Physics Engine (Kick the tires and light the fires!): Not only has Turn 10 rebuilt the physics engine from scratch, they've also tried to address one of the most glaring problems with Forza 3, the tires. That's why, for enthusiasts anyway, the most important addition to the game is going to be the tire physics. Thanks to a partnership with Pirelli, Turn 10 has completely redone the modeling for tire dynamics. The tire company let them inside their testing system to give the game a soup-to-nuts data download and allow them to directly input it into the game.

That means that when you turn off all the nanny systems, and you're in a car fitted with a set of racing slicks, and you push down the accelerator a touch too hard, you'll slip and slide in the most realistic way I've ever experienced. I found out embarrassingly first-hand in a simulator the perils of such a setup on a ham-fisted and lead-footed auto journalist.

But it's so brilliantly realistic you can't not be excited at the prospect of turning off the nanny systems and letting loose some tire-shredding burnouts on a digital skidpad. Or, in my case, skidding into walls on an all-new track that Forza tried to build to be the best driving road on Earth. Set in the Swiss Alps with three to five different ribbons, it's certainly intimidating. It's also beautiful to look at.

This seems new, better quality, but doesn't show much..

Okay I'll take 1x Kinect and 3x Collectors Edition Please
(assuming multiscreens are in and like FM3 it requires 3x identical disc versions)

Looks like a massive technical jump over FM3 and they really could (heres hoping) be bringing something special this time around.

This reminds me of something similar to the GT5 special challenges..
The Showroom needs to be seen as a "new level," said Greenwalt - it's "not Career." The Showroom experience has around 10 hours of unique content, challenges, and cars to view, but it isn't tied to the vehicles you've earned and purchased through your racing career.

Good to hear Cloud storage for game saves is coming to Xbox Live this is one game that truly needs it.
